Refund and Returns:
Please note, we are not a regular fashion brand. All designs are specially customized and made exclusively for you. We do not offer refunds nor entertain any request related to it. We try our 100% to give you a high-quality products to make you 100% satisfied.
Defective Garments:
In case of any manufacturing defect, you can return your product within 7 days of the receipt of the same. You can choose from the following options:
- Exchange for a new product
- Exchange for a Credits which you can redeem in your future orders
Late Deliveries:
Please Keep Sufficient Buffer to avoid delayed deliveries.
We offer Free Shipment via Road Cargo and try to deliver within 3-4 weeks but we can’t make any guarantees. This may be due to reasons relating to design issues, product stock and delivery times. If your order doesn’t arrive in time for occasion like birthday party or an event, this does unfortunately not constitute a reason for a return. If you need something super-fast, request for the Air Delivery (at an additional cost) if available at your location to get your order as fast as possible. Please keep a buffer to avoid these type of situations.
